Nice to virtually meet you! Here's what you need to know about me.

Prior to becoming a coach, I worked at a Fortune 500 health insurance company for almost 22 years with over 17 of those years being in a leadership role.  I had the chance to continue to grow and learn from several strong leaders.  Advancing through the same company allowed me to keep challenging myself.  As the years went on though, I started to lose the enjoyment that I had earlier in my career and began feeling burnt out.  At this point, I knew I needed to look for something different.

As I embarked on a journey to see what other possibilities existed, I began working with a coach from The Entrepreneur’s Source.  I was skeptical going into the discussions as all I had known was the corporate world, but figured I had nothing to lose by keeping an open mind and seeing what else was out there.  I had always had interest in owning my own business, but thought I needed a brilliant idea to move forward.  I was also concerned that I was too far into a successful career to pivot to something completely different.  On both accounts, I learned that I was wrong.   Going through the sessions with my coach, opened my eyes to so many more options than I ever thought existed.

As I explored possibilities, I was pulled towards coaching and The Entrepreneur’s Source.  Coaching is something I have done both professionally in my leadership role and personally with sports teams that my children have been on.  Seeing others reach goals and accomplish things that they did not even know they could is very rewarding to me.  Working with my coach allowed me to make a change in my life when I was at a point where I needed to do something different.  Joining The Entrepreneur’s Source allows me to be able to work with others in career transition and make a positive impact on their lives.

I look forward to helping you take the next step in your journey!
